It definitely needs TLC and possibly parts replaced. I do not know what is wrong with it but it’s a very unusual piece. The pictures show everything that is included with some parts and broken pieces and screws. I do not have the keys and it looks like the key lock mechanism has been taken out. It has a latch to keep the door closed as shown. 54 1/2 inches tall by 29 inches wide by 21 inches deep. It weighs approximately 100 pounds.
