This is a vintage pen dispenser machine. It looks like it was never put in to service, i see no wear on the drive gear, nor any signs of it having pens in it either. Please expand the pictures and judge for yourself. This has been sitting for 6 or 7 decades, and has been moved around, so there are some small marks, and a couple chips to the gold paint.
