5 cent and 10 cent stamps. There is no key and the top just comes off. There are stamps inside. It measures about 13 3/4in tall x 5 1/2in x 5 1/8in. Please notice the rust/age/wear/imperfections in the pictures. Please let me know if you have any questions!
