Could use a good cleaning and lubrication. Run the back brackets through your belt to wear on your waist. There are six coin slots and 3 bill slots. Looks like the coin slots are for half dollar, quarter, dime, nickel and penny. The taller barrel is smaller than a dime. Not sure what coin would fit there.
