If I remember right this should be a coin mech for a mechanical V81. I have had it for 30 years and haven’t seen an 81 in about that long so I can’t really remember. I don’t think the coin chute attachment is correct, nor are the rollers on the out put shaft, but they both come off. I do remember what these were worth back in the 2000’s and that is why it is priced as it is. Oh yeah, it is set for a quarter and it works just fine.
