RARE 25-CENT ASPIRIN TIN VENDING MACHINE COIN OPERATED AND IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION. Here’s another great recent find in gently used original and unrestored condition. Accepts US quarters and works as designed. The front advertisement is a vinyl? Self-adhesive type and is in wonderful condition. Some slight shrinkage of the label on all four sides as shown in the photos, but otherwise clearly original and in fantastic shape and commensurate with the age of the machine. This was on “location” and dispensed quite a few packages of aspirin tins blades as can be seen by the slight wear on the paint on the curved vending chute in the inside picture. 5.5 wide from top to bottom. Coin box is removeable as shown. Machine comes with ONE working key. This machine is designed to dispense a tin of 12 aspirin tablets. It will come with the (EMPTY) “Anacin” branded tin as shown in the photos. Also included is the wooden block “weight” that goes atop of the stack of tins in the vending column. The white portion of the front of the machine, once unlocked, slides UP and then comes off. I mention this as an aid for those that might want to mount this for display: MAKE SURE WHEN YOU MOUNT IT, THE FRONT WILL HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO SLIDE UP AND THEN COME OFF WITHOUT HITTING A CEILING. The machine works as designed. You will not be disappointed if you collect coin-op machines or aspirin/pharmacopia pain relief ephemera, advertising or their products. Please see all the pictures.
