Vintage Coin Operated Gum Ball Machine. Please see photos and enlarge them as needed to see the. Exact details and condition of this rare gum ball dispenser. Top screw is missing. There are a few pennies in the bottom section, the oldest is dated1964. I would assume there is a missing piece that holds the gum balls in place since. I can see the mechanism through the glass. No cracks or chips in the glass. It does accept a penny and the knob turns all the way around, but I do not know if a gum ball will dispense. We welcome and consider all legitimate offers. Machine key works and will open the machine. The top part will spin around to choose your selection of candy. The size candy that is in it now and will fit is peppermint Andes chocolate. I’m sure if you found some gum the same size, it will work as well. This machine says Western at the bottom in the front and comes with 1 key. It looks like there is a pole inside that came undone. There is a crack in the plastic globe but it is on the inside of the globe and you can barely feel it from the outside of the globe. I put a penny in to try to dispense and it did not spin all the way. 9 deep not including the turn dial. Please view pictures to judge condition of item for yourself. Wear and tear due to age. Some imperfections but still a very nice old can. It’s an old one and it’s GUARANTEED. Please use the zoom and look closely at each photo.
