This machine is one I have rarely seen and is in pretty good shape for its age. It does have some rust scrapes as pictured and some worn labels. This does not have the key. It measures 24″x9″x9 in its widest and tallest spots. This will be packed exceedingly well and be fully insured.

Rare Vtg Wise Owl IQ TESTER Coin Op Table Top Napkin Dispenser Working KEYS. Dispenser Coin Op IQ Tester Working with Key Description. It is in very good working condition with what appears to be the original key. Put in a penny, pull the lever down, and a card with a question slips out smoothly. Made of metal, it measures 10″ tall and 6 1/2″ wide. It has been repainted at some point. There are a few small scrapes in the paint where you can see the red. The napkin holders look to have some signs of pitting under the paint, though nothing too bad at all. The face plate of the machine has a few rubs and light discolorations, otherwise it’s in great shape… I do not have any of the slips of paper that originally went with it. We are human, but we do our best to point out any flaws, etc. !!! We will point out any noticed flaws in description, but please check pictures carefully. Items are often from estates, so they may need cleaning, dusting, etc. We are a pet friendly home and non-smoking. However, please remember lots of these items are rescued from estate or rummage sales, so we can’t guarantee what environment they previously lived in. 1950s Table Top Perfume Dispenser/Napkin Holder(coin operated). These cute little quarter operated perfume dispensers were all the rave in advertising in the 50’s. It has three slots for different scents(came in tubes). After depositing one quarter, you pull the lever on the left, which spins the internal wheel to desired item. You then pull the lever on the right and the item comes out the slot on the bottom. We have tried it with small items and it WORKS!!! We had 2 new keys made. The sides hold napkins which made this a functional table item as well. The machine is metal and covered in a fun grey and turquoise Bakelite plastic. It is in overall really GREAT CONDITION! I haven’t seen another working machine in this condition. This is sure to make someone’s Retro Kitchen Dream list! Would also be great in a shop as it is sure to be a conversation starter!
