This collectible item falls under the category of vending machines and is a unique piece with historical significance. Perfect for collectors of vintage vending machines or those interested in the history of Dixie Cups, this dispenser is a rare find from the early 20th century especially with the original mounting plate. It is in fantastic condition for its age and works flawlessly. This one has a few scratches and chips in the paint, as shown in photos, but dont worry, it should clean up very nicely with some polish. I have 1 other of these Dixie cup dispensers in the same condition, it also comes with the original mounting plate and keys. Its fully functional as well. A good ol’ pen vending machine- unlike most of the other ones you see, this one has the original pens that were “vended” from the machine. Just to be clear, they do not write well, or at all, but they are there. Coin mechanism works, vends pens as expected. Does not come with keys. There is some signs of use on this machine; it’s not perfect. Glass has slight scratch/mark as pictured. Wood is in decent shape, although does have signs of age. All in all, it’s old so it’s going to have some “wear and tear, ” however it’s held up decently. Make sure to take a close look at photos before purchasing.
