This machine is new, never used old stock. It doesn’t have the box, but it has been stored on a shelf inside for a few years. I did plug it in and it works as it should. There is a small spot on the top edge where the paint is rubbed off, as you can see in the pictures. Other than that it is in great condition. It comes complete with all that you see in the pictures.
