It has beautiful decorations adorning the sides of the register. The decorations look like they may be some sort of flying dragon or another mystical creature. It is missing one number, and another has snapped in half (both are pictured and the broken number will be included in the listing). The register does not appear to be in working order- the lock button is the only one I can get to push down. Perhaps someone with the correct knowledge could work some magic on it.
