FOR SALE: 1931 Northwestern Model 31 gumball machine. This machine has a small amount of adjustment to vend a variety of items such as nuts and candy, but it will also vend larger gumball or multiple smaller ones. This machine has been restored and repainted. Works as it should with a penny. Machine base, lid and bottom coin cover are all cast iron. Has been repainted in original colors black and yellow. The yellow parts look great, the black has very small chips or texture showing through. Globe is a new replacement with a new decal. Nice Northwestern tag on the side. Nice front product frame with new “Confections” card. Product door show chrome loss and wear, but the glass insert is nice. Brass slug rejecter is in good shape and works well. Has one cheap padlock on the top, and a nice Chicago lock with matching key in the bottom. Measures 15″ tall and 7″ square at base.
